Shipping & Delivery


The item will be shipped or ready to pick up within 1-3 business days after payment and order email confirmation is received. No matter you selected Standard Shipping or Express Shipping. Express Shipping Method does not mean it will shorten the handling time.

Our system will update you about tracking details after it's dispatch. You should receive an automated email with your tracking number.

CONFIRMATION - Please note that handling times begin once an order has been verified and confirmed. We may contact you after the order has been placed to verify order and account details. Please ensure that we can reach you on the email address supplied and that you respond promptly to any requests.

The item will be shipped from Melbourne via Australia Post. Should there be any issues allocating stocks (this is a fast-moving industry and items can duck in and out quick) we'll recommend any similar colours/variants which are available in stock or an expected ETA for stock replacement in the confirmation and verification email sent to you.

Order store pickup will require customers to bring their driving licence/ID and credit card was used to place the order. Name on the licence and bank card need to be also matched

Standard Shipping does not include insurance, we recommend purchasing Express Shipping with insured up to $100 for that peace of mind. ( Customer need to submit case for claim with Australia Post if the parcel is lost in transit. )

The delivery times start the day after dispatch and do not include processing time for your order.
