Walk-ins are welcome at all three stores for most repairs. Booking ahead using our online form helps us have parts ready and can reduce your wait time.
Most hardware repairs like screens and batteries don't affect your data at all. For repairs involving the motherboard or storage, we recommend backing up your device beforehand — our technicians can advise you on this during diagnosis.
Every repair is backed by 30 days labour warranty and 90 days parts warranty. If the same issue reoccurs within that period, bring it back and we'll sort it out at no extra cost.
